Dale and Nicole Carter first started developing Evergreen Carpet Care in Truckee, California in 1997. It has now been family owned for over 20 years. Dale began his journey in the carpet cleaning industry in 1984. The original days of the company started with just one portable cleaning unit and the “marketing campaign” of giving away 1 FREE room of carpet cleaning to every new customer. People quickly began to experience the excitement of receiving a high quality carpet cleaning in their homes at a very affordable price. Dale hired his first employee to help manage the demand that rapidly grew, and Evergreen Carpet Care was born! They are Reno residents with all four grown boys, who are still living in Reno. Two of them work with the company. Their 9 year old son attends school here in Reno.

About Us

Dale and Nicole raised their four sons during the early years of the company. Their older sons have played an important role in expanding the radius of service now offered in Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe/Truckee areas. Evergreen Carpet Care purchased its first truck mounted carpet cleaning unit in 2003, and now runs as many as 18 vans and services for upwards of 90 residences and businesses each day. The Carter’s are a Christian family and conduct their business based on these strong values. Customer service and satisfaction were the foundation on which Evergreen Carpet Cares was built back in 1997, and remain the core principles of the company today.
