In 1997, Dale and Nicole Carter embarked on a journey that would grow into a cornerstone of the Truckee and Reno communities. Evergreen Carpet Care started with humble beginnings and a novel idea: offering one free room of carpet cleaning to new customers. This unique approach not only introduced the joy of professional carpet cleaning into many homes but also set the foundation for a business that values quality service at affordable prices.
Our Heritage
Over the past 25 years, Dale, Nicole, and their four sons have nurtured Evergreen Carpet Care from a single portable unit to a fleet of over 20 vans, serving up to 90 residences and businesses daily. While based in Reno, Dale’s early experiences in the carpet cleaning industry, dating back to 1984, have deeply influenced the company’s growth and services. The family’s roots in the community are deep, with all four sons residing in Reno, and two actively involved in the business.
